Protect your privacy when you write.
Include the email address on your account when asking us to find or delete it. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, full bank or brokerage account numbers, card details, or a complete copy of your plan. We will ask for the smallest amount of information needed to help.

What to expect
A browser name, the page you were on, and what you expected are usually enough. Remove personal financial values from screenshots.
Access and deletion requests may require a reply from the account email so we do not expose or delete the wrong person’s data.
Describe the issue without accessing another person’s plan or including live credentials. We will follow up if more is needed.
